At Mammoth Headwear, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your fit. If your headwear isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

  Pack the Headwear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent any crushing or damage to the hat's structure during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
